Masalcı uygulamasında oluşturduğunuz hesabı ve hesabınıza bağlı verileri aşağıdaki adımlarla silebilirsiniz.
Bu bilgilendirme sayfası herkese açıktır. Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi korumak için silme işlemi sırasında Masalcı hesabınıza giriş yapmanız gerekir.
Hesabınızı nasıl silersiniz?
- Masalcı web uygulamasını açın ve hesabınıza giriş yapın.
- Giriş yaptıktan sonra Hesabım bölümüne gidin.
- Hesabım içindeki mevcut Hesabımı Sil seçeneğini kullanın ve ekrandaki onay adımlarını tamamlayın.
app.masalciapp.com adresindeki güvenli hesap akışına yönlendirilirsiniz.
Hangi veriler silinir?
Hesap silme talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır. İşlem tamamlandığında hesabınızla ilişkili aşağıdaki veriler kalıcı olarak silinir:
- E-posta adresi
- Profil bilgileri
- Kaydedilen çocuk veya kahraman adı
- Yaş aralığı ve masal tercihleri
- Oluşturulan masallar
- Masal metinleri
- Masal görselleri
- Masal ses dosyaları
- Masal kredisi bakiyesi
Yasal zorunluluklar nedeniyle saklanması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar bu kapsamın dışında tutulabilir ve yalnızca zorunlu süre boyunca saklanabilir. Ayrıntılar için Masalcı Gizlilik Politikasını inceleyebilirsiniz.

Wispen: Sleepy Tales — Account and Data Deletion
Follow the steps below to delete the account you created in Wispen: Sleepy Tales (Masalcı) and the data associated with it.
This information page is publicly accessible. To protect your account and data, you must sign in to your Wispen (Masalcı) account during the deletion process.
How do you delete your account?
- Open the Wispen (Masalcı) web app and sign in to your account.
- After signing in, go to the My Account section.
- Use the existing Delete My Account option under My Account and complete the confirmation steps shown on screen.
You will be directed to the secure account flow at app.masalciapp.com.
What data is deleted?
Your account deletion request will be completed within 30 days. When deletion is complete, the following data associated with your account is permanently deleted:
- Email address
- Profile information
- Saved child or character name
- Age range and story preferences
- Generated stories
- Story text
- Story images
- Story audio files
- Story credit balance
Limited records that must be retained to comply with legal obligations may be excluded and kept only for the required period. See the Masalcı Privacy Policy for details.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the in-app flow, you can send an email to our support team as an alternative way to request account deletion.
